Office update regarding planned re-opening:

As the province is heading into phase three of our re-opening plan, we here at Element Counselling are looking into what the next steps for our practice look like.  Currently we have been primarily offering services through telepsychology to our clients as we have strived to do our part in following protective measures set by the Government of Alberta and the Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Deena Hinshaw. We have also followed the practice guidelines set forth by the College of Alberta Psychologists.

We would like to thank you all for the patience and flexibility that you have shown during this remarkable year as there has been significant changes in the way our services have been offered.

We ask for your continued patience as we are still sorting out the details for the re-opening of our in-person services.  At the end of July, 2021 our plan is to meet as a staff and discuss recommendations from the Government of Alberta and our College for a safe re-opening of in person sessions.  Our plan is to take a gradual approach to opening the office, but we will send out notices and communicate directly with clients to answer any questions that come up.
